Returns & Refunds Policy

1. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For one order delivered in separate shipments, the period starts when the last item is received.

To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to yuandusz@outlook.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use our Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not mandatory.

2. Returning withdrawn goods

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Unless we confirm another return centre in writing, the provisional return address is:

Please contact us before shipping so that we can issue return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation. This does not limit your statutory right to notify us of withdrawal.

3. Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, ordering error, incompatibility that was accurately disclosed, or other reason attributable to the customer, the customer bears the direct cost of return shipping. For goods that are defective, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, we bear reasonable return costs or provide a prepaid method.

Do not send goods freight collect unless we have agreed in writing. Keep proof of dispatch and use a tracked service where reasonably possible.

4. Condition and handling

You may inspect goods as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Include the product, supplied accessories and identifying order information. Missing packaging alone does not automatically remove a statutory withdrawal right, although avoidable damage or missing parts may reduce the refund as permitted by law.

5. Refund timing and method

For a valid withdrawal, we refund all payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Extra costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable. We issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, but we may withhold it until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made through the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and no refund fee will be charged by us. Your payment provider's processing time may affect when funds appear.

6. Defective or non-conforming goods

Contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the problem and reasonable supporting photos or video. Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods apply independently of the 14-day withdrawal right. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory legal guarantee available to EU consumers.

7. Exceptions

The withdrawal right does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing, and sealed audio, video or computer software after unsealing. An exception will be used only where applicable and lawfully disclosed.

8. Cancellations before dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible. If an order has not entered fulfilment, we will try to cancel it. If it has already shipped, use the withdrawal procedure above.
